Apology
I’d like to apologize for the lack of real content (and not just links to articles) of late. I went on the elliptical for the first time since November 2003 on Sunday and while I had no pain that day, I’ve had quite a flare up since then. The errands I have to run during the day to get ready for school (I move in September 1st) kind of wipe me out so I’m sorry about.
