Opening Night

I hate that its the NHL’s opening night and I can’t watch a single game. I really want to watch the Hurricanes’ banner raising and the game against the Sabres, but my dorm room doesn’t get OLN (oops, Versus). I get CBC, but they aren’t showing any games tonight. So I can only see something if it’s on NBC or Fox Sports Net Detroit, neither of which will be playing any hockey games tonight. :/ I guess I’ll have to wait until tomorrow’s Wings game…I’m really wishing I could get Center Ice here at school.

    Try living in Australia. The excitement I get is from hearing the final score and whether the guys put up a fight or not. That and sitting sadly on the internet. *sigh*

    Oh yeah, I can’t imagine how hard it must be to be an NHL fan over there much less a hockey blogger!
