I finally meet the Stanley Cup…
I was able to cross of one of the “Things I want to do more I die…in the sports world” on my list, finally seeing Lord Stanley’s Cup in person & getting a photograph with it.
Now, I’m not crazy about either of these photos (mainly b/c my hair looks like crap) but I was so excited that the Stanley Cup came to a Plymouth Whalers game (owned by the Carolina Hurricanes’ Mr. Karmanos) and I got to go see it during work that I had to show you guys…
And yes, that jersey is huge on me. It’s a game worn Evan Brophey jersey (a Whalers player) from last season that was being auctioned off last night.
