Lebda suffers a concussion

Brett Lebda was hit from behind by Ville Niemenen, who was given a game misconduct. As he was taken off the ice on a stretcher, he waved to the crowd.
He went to the hospital as a precautionary measure, but he did suffer a concussion. He is alert, responsive, moving, and doing okay at the hospital.

Lebda was awake and doing fine, according to the Red Wings, and was taken to Detroit Medical Center for precautionary tests. […]
