Hasek will make decision next week
Goaltender Dominik Hasek has told GM Ken Holland that he will inform him of his decision by mid-week next week. I believe that Hasek will return and so do many others, but you just never know.
“I talked earlier this week with Dom’s agent, and he said he’d let us know by the middle of the next week at the latest,†general manager Ken Holland said today.
As for what that decision will be, “Dom keeps his cards close to his vest,†Holland said.
Hasek’s decision will completely decide the moves Holland makes this off-season because we’ll chew up a lot more room under the cap obtaining a new goaltender.
