Wings open season against Ducks
It’s time for a game of redemption boys and girls. The Detroit Red Wings take on the defending Stanley Cup champs, the Anaheim Ducks, tonight at 7pm at the Joe to open up the regular season. It should be a great game between the Ducks beating us in the playoffs last year and then Mathieu Schneider and Todd Bertuzzi jumping ship to the Ducks. Unfortunately, we only get to see Big Bert play as Schneider suffered a broken ankle injury during preseason.
